Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@askecomllc.com.


📦 Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account, if applicable.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. To start a return, email support@askecomllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! If your item is in new condition, you can request an exchange within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Are your toys safe for children?
A: Absolutely. All of our products meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (ASTM, CPSIA). We only carry toys that are age-appropriate, non-toxic, and rigorously tested for safety.

Q: What age groups are your toys for?
A: Our toys are designed for a wide range of ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. Each product page includes a recommended age range to help guide your purchase.
